I've just decided to find out more about blog lovin after it dawned on me maybe I ought to due to all the stuff happening around GFC and google reader which I'm not quite sure I understand yet!

As far as I can work out - Google Reader is closing on the 1st July 2013 as part of Google's annual spring clean out of services (usage of the service is declining according to their announcement post).
I'm not sure what's happening with GFC though - it's not mentioned on the spring clean out post :/
