Ever since Kindergarten Matt and his friends have set each other a list of goals for every summer. This year the most important goal for the boys is to see a real live naked girl!
This book is laugh out loud funny. I found myself chuckling away like a loon whilst reading away. The boys get into some incredibly funny situations which get worse and worse and the consequences get even more hilarious. What I loved about this book was that the author kept the laughs coming and it wasn't just one incident which held the story up. I can't begin to tell you them all but there are several that stuck with me as I was giggling away through them.
I loved the gang of boys who the story revolved around. They were all real characters who were written brilliantly well. The conversations between them were written really well to the point where I could imagine those sort of conversations going on amongst the boys I teach.
The final resolution of the book was both funny and really satisfying. Definiteky a read I would thoroughly recommend for anyone but especially for boys who are reluctant readers.
