Thank you to Kristi www.thestorysiren.com for hosting IMM each week
I thought this week was going to be a really quiet one as lot of the packages I was waiting for didn't show up with the postman on Saturday morning but luckily (for me not the postman) they all came at once so they were brought later in the day by the other postman with a van. Yay!
This week I got ...
The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong (UK paperback)
I got Kelley's latest YA novel for review a few weeks ago. This is set in the same world even though they aren't linked. My lovely contact at Atom sent it through to me to have a read. Looking forward to it if it is half as good as the gathering
Prisoner of the Inquisition by Theresa Breslin (UK paperback)
This one turned up out of the blue. I do like my historical fiction so looking forward to seeing what I make of it.
Blue Bloods by Melissa de la Cruz (UK paperback)
I received the sixth one of these ages for review and only just picked this one up (on the awesome readitswapit.co.uk). Looking forward to getting started and must pick up the rest in the works soon!
Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon (UK paperback)
Looking forward this as I received the second book in the series a week or two ago and was eager to get started with it but couldn't.
You against Me by Jenny Downham (Signed UK hardback)
I couldn't resist ordering this from Foyles - I love Jenny Downham!
Department 19 by Will Hill (Signed UK hardback)
I also ordered this from Foyles website as I managed to get a proof a while back and loved it. My review is here
Delirium by Lauren Oliver (Signed UK hardback)
My lovely wonderful blogging friend picked this up for me and even got it signed. I love it and it now has pride of place on my shelf. Thank you muchly!
and finally I bought myself a present (which I probably shouldn't have done but ...)
Beedle the Bard by JK Rowling (UK special collectors edition)
I meant to buy this years ago but when it was first released I'd just moved out of home and didn;t have the money to spare. I found this beauty, unopened and in perfect condition, on ebay. It is beautiful - what you are looking out is in effect the case / box which looks like a real HP spell book, the book itself is inside and just as beautiful.
Oh and quick question for you - any UK bloggers going to the London Book Fair??

I look forward to your review of Delirium, I think I'm the only one who didn't give it 5 stars (I only gave it 3, but this was before I started blogging, so there is no review, just my star rating on Goodreads). Anyway, I'm interested to hear your thoughts on it!
